Since I am 2 weeks behind, I decided to break my posts up into two... one for the food from my culinary classes and one for hogs.
Thursday is my sculpting class... First we did the Styrofoam carving in prep for ice (football trophy) and then we did the chocolate bunny :D
And then in my European Tortes class we did the Japonese/Succes torte and then the Edelweiss (vertical layer cake)
And since they have the side of the Dolly Pardon bridge closed this is my view going to my beach home on Monday morning
