My computer has been having technical difficulty so I'm a little behind. So I'll just start at the begining. On Tuesday I took our newest puppies Candi and Travy, Chiwatta, and the bulldogs Charlie and Jase to the hog pen around 2pm. Charlie and Jase caught through the wire and the puppies were pretty good for that to be the first time they ever saw a hog. Anyway, afterwards we took Charlie, Jase, Hound, and Whitey tothe river with Bo, Tanner, Zack, Ryan, and their dogs. We hunted from 4pm to 12am and only caught/killed one pig. I have a picture but i can't for thelife of me get it off my phone. Sorry :(

So, on to today. Alarm clock set for 3:50am, left home at 4:30am, turned the dogs loose around 6am. We caught one hog right off the bat. He was around 100 pounds.After that, the day went to mush. Dos took off, Tanner went after them, bulldog quit, and basically it was a wasted day after that. We still had a pretty decent huntand we appeciate people letting us hunt on their place. Hopefully there will be a next time and we will do even better.
